- Redesigned for 2021, the ‘Crashkit 27’ now contains 134 unique and essential items specific to shelter, signal, fire, food and water. This kit also contains additional ‘luxury’ items such as survival rations, Sparklite flint and TinderQuick, hand/foot warmers along with additional lighting and dozens of other ‘non-required’ items specifically chosen for their survival contribution potential, quality, dependability and overall product usefulness.
- Housed in a Pelican 1200 Case, the ‘Crashkit 27’ is compact, durable and robust. Designed to ‘comfortably’ sustain 2 people for 7 days, this kit exceeds all Transport Canada compliance standards for both Survival and First Aid, Type B (6+).
- Equipped with supplies exceeding both Transport Canada requirements in SCHEDULE 2 (Subsections 9.8(4) and (5)) and SCHEDULE 3 (Subsection 9.8(6)) for Type B, 6+ person First Aid Kit, this kit also contains numerous other first aid supplies particularly useful in the event of an aviation incident.
- Lighting options include the Pelican 1930 L1 LED along with the Pelican 2130 Mini-Flasher, multiple Crashkit Spotlites, and of course, Crashkit Emergency Light Sticks. In addition, every Crashkit also includes our very own highly reflective Crashkit FireCord. Based on the familiar Milspec 550-7, our Firecord features an additional red internal waxed hemp/jute firestarter strand, fishing line and cotton sewing thread.

This Aviation kit contains multiple options for the provision of food, fire and water, including Aquatabs Water Purification Tablets, Gerber Multitool, Spark-Lite Flint and Tinder along with our very own Crashkit brand Firecord, Knotcard and many other proven survival items.
The kit is packaged in a Pelican 1200 case and is lightweight and compact for ease of storage.
